Along the same lines of yoga and spirituality, I love Tiny Buddha for mindfulness and personal growth. You definitely do not need to be Buddhist to appreciate this website. It’s got more than just a blog , it has forums too.

The MBSR is the most recognised and established mindfulness course, taught all over the worl and scientifically proven to help people cope better with stress, depression and anxiety. You’ll also find free e-courses divided into categories of focus: yoga, meditation, breathing. Winsor Bishop sent over a few pieces of jewellery for me to pick my favourites from and this ring just stood out straight away. I’m completely head over heels for it.


I have been looking for a ring for my right hand for a couple of years now and this is the first one I have found that I truly love. We hope you enjoy your visit! Mindfulness is free, simple and has the potential to be life changing.


Here I explain what mindfulness is, and why it has shaken up not only psychology and mental health fields but popular culture as well. Some examples: Pause to focus on your breath when starting a new activity, in the middle of an activity (like washing dishes or eating a meal), or while waiting at a red light or in the grocery line. And don’t forget to try mindfulness before sleeping! You can make mindfulness more formal. If we think about it, we recognize that we’re actually never anywhere but the present.


Yet our minds tend to struggle with this reality, jumping all over the place, recalling past events, anticipating future outcomes, and churning over tough personal situations. Ruminating over what has gone is something that would have bothered me before. I have most definitely been slacking at blogging over here at Mindfullness, but I promise there is a good reason! This is a blog which aims to make mindfulness something that is as natural to daily life as breathing. According to the largely UK-based writers behind the site, that’s exactly as it should be.
